Quantum of Exchange: Up to USD 10,000 per financial year

Note: Not applicable for travel to Nepal or Bhutan.

Business Travel

Purpose: Corporate business visits and professional engagements.

1. General Business Travel

Documentation Required:

• Request letter from the sponsoring entity (with name, designation, and travel details)
• Copies of Passport, Visa, and Travel Ticket

Quantum of Exchange: Up to USD 25,000 per trip

2. Global Conferences & Specialized Training

Documentation Required:

• Request letter from applicant
• Copy of the invitation from abroad indicating fee payable
• Copies of Passport, Visa, and Travel Ticket

Quantum of Exchange: Up to USD 25,000 per trip

Forex Solution: Multi-currency Forex Card by SaiForex

Study Abroad

Purpose: University tuition, books, and living expenses for international students.

Documentation Required:

• Self-declaration and request letter with university/course details and cost estimate
• Copies of Passport, Visa, and Travel Ticket

Quantum of Exchange: Up to USD 100,000 or as per the university’s estimate, whichever is higher per academic year

Forex Solution: Student Forex Card by SaiForex

Film Shooting Abroad

Purpose: Expenses related to overseas filming projects.

Documentation Required:

• Request letter detailing project, estimated expenses, and exchange requirement
• Invoices or bills received from international vendors

Medical Treatment Abroad

For exchange above USD 100,000: Medical estimate from an Indian or international hospital/doctor is required.
